What are the Purposes of Reformer Pilates Exercises?

While exercising on the reformer, the purpose is to gain strength, flex the body correctly within the limits, eliminate the balance point and posture disorders and ensure the correct breathe, correct tempo, focus and fluent moves throughout the working. There must be a balanced integrity in courses. 

The purpose of reformer exercises is to work all body up. Although it is possible to isolate some parts of body, reformer philosophy does not necessarily exercise certain muscle groups. All muscle groups of body exercise simultaneously and almost equivalently. This is the most unique feature of reformer equipment. And reformer allows daily life like moves to be performed during exercises (functional exercises).
