Within the Özdilek Qualitasspa Fitness Center, it is aimed with the personnel selection and placing process that the candidates who have the most relevant characteristics in terms of our values consisting of company’s vision, mission, targets and corporate culture and are the most appropriate for the requirements of the job. The successful ones following the exam are subjected to interview.
