SPINNING

A high-tempo cardio workout performed on special bikes with music, featuring controlled heart rate changes and aiming for maximum fat burning. The workout helps accelerate metabolism and increase endurance.

PILATES

Pilates is an exercise approach built on balance, breathing, and movement systems, promoting mind and body integration. The approach focuses on strengthening and lengthening muscles, particularly deep core muscle groups. When practiced regularly, this method contributes to the correction of posture disorders, and when combined with cardio exercises, it supports weight control. The primary goal is to create a strong and healthy upper body by strengthening the abdominal and back areas in a balanced way.

KILLER ABS (CRUNCH)

A high-intensity and dynamic group class targeting the core muscles around the abdomen, waist, and back. The class aims to increase muscle strength and endurance through bodyweight exercises. By delivering an effective workout in a short time, the program supports toning and may be used as a complement to other training routines.
